Our members enjoy a wide range of benefits, including telephone and email support. We offer the option for either an appointment for 30-minute advice calls or an email conversation with our trained volunteers, who are all parents of autistic children. Our volunteers are all parents with at least three years of lived experience supporting an autistic child.

What can I ask about?
Our volunteers have experience and knowledge of the general issues facing parents of autistic children. General school issues, challenging behaviour, benefits, etc. They can answer general questions on these subjects. This is not a specialist support team trained in every area of autistic spectrum disorders. These calls are intended to provide an opportunity to get general advice and speak to someone who just ‘gets it’. For more complex or in-depth issues, please email us
